Vietnam Darbond Technology Co., Ltd. R & D Center laboratory is located in Singapore Industrial Park, Cih Shan City, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, mainly engaged in high-end electronic packaging materials research and development; The completion of the R&D center laboratory will better serve semiconductor, consumer electronics and new energy customers, and accelerate the process of realizing localized services in Vietnam.
